History

Templeorum old School until the opening of the new building in 1974. This is now used as the parish hall. It has recently been refurbished in line with Health & Safety. The

Present day school opened in 1974 is a three teacher mixed primary school catering for children from 4 to 12 years.

Official opening 1974 with Mr. Dan Kenny and Mrs. Maggie McGrath with children and parents.

Many dedicated teachers have worked in Templeorum over the years, since Mr Dan Kenny and Mrs. Maggie Mc Grath.

These include Mr. Noel Torpey, Mrs. Margaret Farrell, Mrs. Culleton, Mrs. Brenda McNamara. Other teachers travelled from neighbouring schools to provide extra supports.
